As we begin to familiarize ourselves with Destiny's many capabilities, Follett offers us Follett-Talk, one of its many resources that may prove to be very helpful.
Follett describes Follett-Talk as a "customer helping customer forum". Follett product users may submit questions, comments, and suggestions to this online discussion group, and receive feedback from other Follett customers. Through Follett-Talk, we can take advantage of the expertise of other Destiny users, and, in time, contribute helpful information to assist our library colleagues.

2. complete and submit the online form (PLEASE NOTE: You will need to enter your Follett Customer Number.)
